3.2. Protection of distinctive signs
The trademarks, logos, corporate names, acronyms, trade names, signs and domain names of100% RAS allowing access to the Services constitute distinctive signs that cannot be used without the express and prior authorization of the holder of the intellectual property rights. Any representation, reproduction or partial or total exploitation of these distinctive signs is therefore prohibited and constitutes trademark infringement, pursuant to the provisions of Book 7 of the Intellectual Property Code, usurpation of the corporate name, trade name and area engaging the tort liability of its author.

The data communicated via our forms is collected with your consent and is intended for100% RASin its capacity as controller. They may be transmitted to its subcontractors acting on strict instructions from100% RASas well as partner entities.
